By commissioning me, you agree to my T.O.S.
• Prices are subject to change due to increases in demand.
• I reserve the rights to turn down a commission I do not deem possible.
• I reserve the rights to modify all commissions for advertisement purposes.
• Please do not sell, steal, trace, or heavily reference my art without my consent.
• Due to changes in art style, I may not be able to replicate previous commissions.
• Commissions are only to be used by the commissioner, unless approved otherwise.
• Commissions must only be used for their requested purpose, i.e: emotes for emotes.
• Refunds, or the cancelling of a commission is only permitted during the sketch phase.
If I have already sketched the commission, 50% of the art in question will be refunded.

Payment + Process Information
Payment is done upfront, in full, in USD through PayPal's invoicing system.
If you are located outside of the United States, you are liable for exchange rate fees.
Each step is confirmed via screenshots before proceeding.
Excessive edits (3+) can lead to fees, please cement your ideas!
Having a sketch 100% redrawn requires a fee, based on effort.
Minimal edits once complete, otherwise fees apply based on effort.
I work closely to avoid fees. If edits are easy, there's no cost.
